The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services for the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it can be alarmed regarding the higher variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office focused on service the area regularly. The provider stage made for intervention experiences a significant inflow of likely beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for your office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, sassa SASSA will mobilise far more methods to help the servicing of all customers and improve access to Social Assistance website providers,” sassa status the agency said.
